1. After Payment how will the setup happen? How much time will it take?
Once you complete the payment, You'll receive an access code on WhatsApp and Email. You have to just enter this access code in your AiSensy account post signup and your Ad Credits will be added to your account and the offer plan will be activated within 2 minutes. Also We will align an onboarding manager to ensure you are onboarded smoothly.
2. Can anyone help me to build my Chatbot?
There will be onboarding call on zoom to help you build your chatbot via our drag and drop flow builder. Also the team will help you out if you are stuck anywhere.
3. What kind of Ads can I run with Ad Credits?
You can run Ads that land on WhatsApp. These Ads run on Facebook and Instagram and are created via AiSensy Platform. You will have a dashboard to create ads, run them and analyse ads.
4. Will I need to pay anything additional for the chatbot responses / service conversation messages?
Not at all! Service conversations/ Chatbot Responses and human agent response messages are totally free on AiSensy platform.
5. Will my number get blocked? Is this via Official WhatsApp API?
No , Your number won't get blocked when you use AiSensy to broadcast messages. Your Account Quality rating might go down if you over spam the customer & the quality rating can go up once more customers respond to you or you don't send messages for 3-4 days.
6. Do I need a new phone number or can use whatsapp business app's number?
No. You can use the API on WhatsApp Business App too using our latest Co-Existence feature. You can use the WhatsApp API and also maintain WhatsApp Business App on the same number. If you have a lot of contacts and users (more than 10,000) then it is highly suggested you go for a new number.
7. How to get Blue tick account? Is it included or there is extra charge?
We will apply for a blue tick on your behalf once you purchase any offer , at no additional charge. It is totally upto Meta whether they approve your Blue tick or not.

You will start with 1000 Messages/day. As you send 500+ Messages, your limit will be upgraded to 10,000 messages/day and as you send 5000 messages within 7 days, your limit will be upgraded to 100,000 messages/day. Last limit is infinite messages/day which can be enabled by sending 50,000 messages within 7 days. The Limit upgrades happen in 24 hours.
