The duration of a Conversation is 24 hours. You can send unlimited messages in these 24 hours from the first message sent and you won't be charged again. Every conversation the business initiates has a type - marketing (offers) , utlity (transactional, updates) , authentication(otp) or service(response to a customer's message). Each Conversation window is of 24 hours and is maintained separately and charged separately. Service conversations are free.
8. Do I need a new phone number or can use whatsapp business app's number?
No. You can use the API on WhatsApp Business App too using our latest Co-Existence feature. You can use the AiSensy Platform and also maintain WhatsApp Business App on the same number. If you have a lot of contacts and users (more than 10,000) then it is highly suggested you go for a new number.
9. How to get Blue tick account? Is it included or there is extra charge?

Last limit is infinite messages/day which can be enabled by sending 50,000 messages within 7 days. The Limit upgrades happen in 24 hours.
